About bathroom suite fitting
Bathroom suite fitting means replacing your toilet, basin, bath or taps within the existing layout, without altering the walls, the floor, or the tiling structure around them, and it's the right choice when the room itself is sound but the fittings are dated, chipped or worn out. It's a common request across Havering from homeowners who want a noticeably fresher-looking bathroom without the cost and disruption of a full renovation.
We isolate the water supply, disconnect and remove the old suite, and fit the new toilet, basin, bath or taps in the same positions the old ones occupied, connecting into the existing supply and waste pipework. Because the layout stays the same, there's no need to open up walls or lift the floor, and existing tiling can usually be left in place. This applies just as well to a close-coupled toilet being swapped for a back-to-wall one, or a bath being replaced like-for-like, as long as the waste and overflow line up with what's already there.

If you want the toilet or basin in a different position, or the tiles are damaged or dated too, that starts to move into full renovation territory, since it involves new pipe runs and re-tiling; we'll tell you honestly which service actually fits what you're after rather than trying to squeeze a bigger job into a smaller one.
Once the new suite is in, we reseal all the joints around the bath, basin and toilet base and check every connection for leaks before we consider the job finished.

“Dan and his team have done an amazing job in carrying out a full bathroom renovation and fitting for us. From stripping back to brick, plastering, tiling and fitting our new furniture, communication was great throughout the whole process and deadlines were met. Work has been completed to high standards. Very professional and friendly, would definitely recommend!”
Bathroom Renovation · Checkatrade review, RM5
“Dan came promptly, told me what needed doing and seemed competitive against other quotes. We landed a date and he arrived on time. His (and Mitch’s) tidyness and respect were brilliant. I have them coming back to do another job as happy with first.”
