"A re-visit by Dan and Mitch to complete multiple jobs, the main being cloakroom refit, laying of laminate wooden flooring, replacement radiators, replastering ceiling and decorating, new garden wall, patio slabs removal and repointing. All jobs were carried out to the highest standard with help and advice very much appreciated. The laminate floor was laid very professionally and with care. Dan was able to locate and repair a long standing central heating system leak - lifting and going under floor boards, we cannot thank him enough. "We have an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room. Both needed refurbishment. We asked for 3 quotes from tradespeople, including DJ Plumbing Services. Dan's quote was competitive and he seemed professional so we engaged him to do the work. When Dan and Mitch arrived to start work downstairs they removed the existing fittings and discovered a serious long term leak which meant that the floor required urgent attention. Dan and the team resolved this quickly and effectively. They then went on to complete a first class refurbishment both downstairs and upstairs. Very high standard work."

"I contacted DJ's Plumbing Services to fit a new mixer tap. Dan, our plumber was very polite, friendly and helpful. He said the tap could either be repaired or a new one fitted. I chose to replace it. Dan removed the old one, cleaned the area and fitted the new one. He carried out the work quickly, cleanly and efficiently. He checked to ensure there were no leaks. Before he left he cleaned and tidied the work area and took away the old tap for disposal. I was very happy with all aspects of the work. Very reasonable rates, very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended!"

"Dan and Mitch were very professional they replaced my old electric shower. Dan notice there was a problem with the way the old shower was installed. So he corrected problem. And installed. My new one. They were very clean and tidy. I would use them again and recommend them."

"Dan charged me a significant sum of money to refurbish a shower room and bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floor of my house. One of his team plastered over the soil pipe for the toilet in the 1st floor shower room and Dan denied it was their mistake and blamed me the client. I later discovered the soil pipe terminates too low so the smell of sewerage enters the 2nd floor bathroom and also the soil stack leaks in several places. Despite repeated messages Dan has not returned to fix this problem. I would not recommend DJ's Plumbing to do bathroom refurbs."

"Dan quoted me for the job and a date was arranged. Dan started work on the day arranged as promised, he was really helpful and went out of his way to find solutions when we were faced with challenges. We had an issue with a faulty item and the manufacturer took 3 weeks to send a replacement, Dan was very supportive and came back to complete the work as soon as I had the replacement. Dan and his team were very polite tidy and professional, I was very comfortable having them around house. I was kept informed throughout the job and communication was great. "The work seemed of a professional finish. Was going to commission the boiler but has stopped responding to phone calls following a dispute about failing to do other work to a satisfactory standard. The boiler has packed up and now I can’t get the boiler company to do work under guarantee as the boiler hasn’t been commissioned. Called another engineer and he has found several problems with the installation. Really upset and frustrated as I and my family are now without heating or hot water in this cold weather and will have to pay further monies for work that I had already paid Dan to do."

However put in a new flow junction to boiler, cut into pipe and poured caustic soda down, reconnecting piping and strapped pipe to wall. So more than happy with price for work done. "Both the guys were polite and professional and cared about what they did. The tap was very old but they knew how to remove it and replaced it with an equivalent model, keeping everything tidy in the process. Once the water was turned back on there was an air lock which stopped the water flowing but they knew how to solve it in good order."
